Milchwerke Schwaben eG is expanding its yoghurt range from May 2026 and is introducing a blueberry-flavoured fruit yoghurt for the first time. Like the rest of the dairy cooperative’s fruit yoghurt range, the new variety will be available exclusively in 1,000-gram tubs. The RRP is €2.99.

Mild flavour, full of fruity goodness

The new mild blueberry fruit yoghurt (3.5%) impresses with its balanced, mild flavour and subtle hint of lactic acid. The combination of velvety creaminess and fruity blueberry pieces ensures a moment of pleasure with every spoonful – ideal for breakfast with muesli, as a quick snack between meals or as part of a dessert. “With blueberry, we are adding a familiar classic to our range, one that has long been a favourite flavour in many households. At the same time, we remain true to our commitment to offering products without preservatives and of the highest quality,” explains Melissa Weilbach, Marketing Team Leader at Milchwerke Schwaben. In its handy 1,000-gramme format, the fruit yoghurt is particularly suitable for families and true yoghurt lovers.

Tradition, quality and sustainability

For several years, Milchwerke Schwaben has been the national market leader in the 1,000 g and 800 g yoghurt segments. As a dairy cooperative based in Neu-Ulm, it builds on over 100 years of tradition and community. This experience and expertise have also been incorporated into the development of the new gluten-free blueberry yoghurt. Only milk from farms in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg that are QM++ certified is used in production. Milk quality that prioritises animal welfare is just as central to Milchwerke Schwaben as a consistent focus on sustainability. The blueberry yoghurt is sold in a recyclable pot, the PP content of which has been reduced by 20% compared to the previous packaging. A resealable lid also ensures practical handling and longer-lasting freshness.
