Delicious, fresh, and completely natural – that’s the taste of our Bioland-certified Weideglück cheese. On our Weideglück organic farms, our cows enjoy free-choice feeding and organic feed – everything they need.
Our large-hole cheese is naturally lactose-free thanks to traditional maturation. At Milchwerke Schwaben, we use only microbial rennet, making our mild and nutty cheese suitable for vegetarians. No preservatives added.
