Edam cheese originates from Holland and enjoys worldwide popularity today. An absolute must for every deli counter!

Our BON Edam 40% FDM is available in a loaf form and is made without added preservatives. Due to natural maturation, the cheese wheel is lactose-free. At Milchwerke Schwaben, we use only microbial rennet in the production of our BON cheese, making it suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients: Pasteurised cow’s milk, cheese cultures, salt, microbial rennet.
