Edam cheese originates from Holland and is now enjoyed worldwide for its distinctive taste. A must-have for every deli counter!

Our BON Edam 30% FDM comes in a convenient loaf form and is made without added preservatives. Due to natural maturation, the cheese is lactose-free. At Milchwerke Schwaben, we use only microbial rennet in production, making it suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients: Pasteurised cow’s milk, cheese cultures, salt, microbial rennet.
