Gouda is one of the world’s most famous and beloved cheeses – an essential for every deli counter.

Our Weideglück Gouda in loaf form is made without added preservatives. Due to natural maturation, the cheese is lactose-free. At Milchwerke Schwaben, we use only microbial rennet, making it suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients: Pasteurised cow’s milk, cheese cultures, salt, microbial rennet, colour: beta-carotene.
