Edam cheese is a classic deli counter staple, alongside Gouda. Originating from Holland, it is now enjoyed worldwide for its distinctive taste.

Our Weideglück Edam 40% FDM in loaf form is made without added preservatives. Due to natural maturation, the cheese is lactose-free. At Milchwerke Schwaben, we use only microbial rennet, making it suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients: Pasteurised cow’s milk, cheese cultures, salt, microbial rennet.
