Edam cheese is a deli counter classic, right alongside Gouda. Originating from Holland, it is now loved worldwide for its mild, creamy flavour.

Our Weideglück Edam 30% FDM in europe loaf format is made without added preservatives. Due to natural maturation, the cheese is lactose-free. At Milchwerke Schwaben, we use only microbial rennet, making it suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients: Pasteurised cow’s milk, cheese cultures, salt, microbial rennet.
