Our Donautaler Light adds more variety to your deli counter. This large-hole cheese is available in a convenient europe loaf format.

Due to five weeks of natural maturation, the cheese is lactose-free. At Milchwerke Schwaben, we use no preservatives and only microbial rennet, making our Donautaler Light suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients: Pasteurised cow’s milk, cheese cultures, salt, microbial rennet.
