Our popular winter varieties are back!

Published at 29. October 2026

As the days grow shorter and winter draws nearer, there’s a particular demand for seasonal treats. To mark the occasion, Milchwerke Schwaben are bringing their limited-edition winter yoghurt flavours back onto the shelves. Available in baked apple and plum-cinnamon flavours, these tried-and-tested fruit yoghurts are sure to provide a wintery treat once again this year.

The Plum and Cinnamon flavour combines the aromatic taste of plums with a delicately balanced hint of cinnamon. In the Baked Apple variety, the fruity flavour of sweet apples takes centre stage, combined with raisins and cinnamon – just the thing for the run-up to Christmas. These winter yoghurts are made from QM++-certified milk sourced from farms in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. Both flavours are available exclusively in 1,000-g tubs and offer a treat for the whole family.

The products will be available in food retail outlets from November 2026 until the end of February 2027 at a RRP of 2.99 euros.

Winter classics in a new cup design

“Baked apple and plum-cinnamon have established themselves as firm favourites in our winter range. With their return this year, we are once again deliberately focusing on two tried-and-tested, top-selling varieties that bring seasonal variety to the chilled shelf and create additional impulse purchases. We’re also taking packaging a step further: by refining the tub design, we’ve been able to reduce material usage whilst improving ease of handling,” explains Davor Sikanja, Head of Marketing and Sales at Milchwerke Schwaben eG.

The 1,000-g tub has been further developed through packaging optimisation, particularly in terms of functionality and resource efficiency. An optimised rim improves grip and makes it easier to handle in everyday use. At the same time, material has been saved by doing away with the previous handle. According to the independent testing institute EKO PUNKT, the cartons are made from 100 per cent recyclable material; the proportion of plastic (PP) has been reduced by a further 11 per cent compared with the previous model.
