Our Danubia Edam is made without added preservatives. Due to natural maturation, the cheese is lactose-free. At Milchwerke Schwaben, we use only microbial rennet, making it suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients: Pasteurised cow’s milk, cheese cultures, salt, microbial rennet.
