Our Donautaler Mild & Nutty brings more enjoyment to every bite—whether as a snack on hearty rye bread, melted on crispy toast, or as part of a fruity cheese board with friends. This classic cheese is all about versatility!

Due to five weeks of natural maturation, it is lactose-free. At Milchwerke Schwaben, we use only microbial rennet, making our cheese suitable for vegetarians. No preservatives added.

Ingredients: Pasteurised cow’s milk, cheese cultures, salt, microbial rennet.
