Small barleycorn-sized holes and fine-cut slits? That can only be our Donautaler Tilsiter! Its popularity is due to its unique texture and delicately tangy flavour—a combination that makes cheese lovers’ hearts beat faster.
Due to five weeks of natural maturation, our aromatic cheese is lactose-free. At Milchwerke Schwaben, we use only microbial rennet, making our Tilsiter suitable for vegetarians. No preservatives added.
Ingredients: Pasteurised cow’s milk, cheese cultures, salt, microbial rennet, colour: beta-carotene.
