Apprenticeship as a dairy technologist (m/f/d)

- Vocational school: Kempten Vocational Training Centre (block teaching)
As a dairy technologist, you will be responsible for milk reception, processing and quality control. You will produce cheese, yoghurt and butter, operate technical equipment and carry out cleaning tasks – always with the highest hygiene standards in mind.

- At least a good secondary school leaving certificate
- Good understanding of biochemistry and technical matters
- Manual dexterity
- Awareness of hygiene and a responsible approach to work
- Good sense of smell and taste
- An interest in chemistry, physics and mathematics
- Enjoyment of working with milk as a raw material
