AXEL Pasture-Fed Gouda

Our AXEL Sliced Gouda comes in a convenient, resealable 130 g pack. The milk used is 100% sourced from regional farms in the Biberach and Alb-Donau districts.

The pasture-fed dairy farmers of Milchwerke Schwaben consistently avoid genetically modified feed and prioritise animal welfare. From pasture to chiller cabinet: our cows graze on meadows for at least 120 days a year, spending a minimum of 6 hours outdoors daily in suitable weather. Each cow has at least 1,000 m² of space.

Due to natural maturation, our Gouda is lactose-free. We use only microbial rennet, making it suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients: Pasteurised cow’s milk, salt, cheese cultures (contains milk), microbial rennet.
