Due to five weeks of natural maturation, it is lactose-free. At Milchwerke Schwaben, we use only microbial rennet, making our Donautaler suitable for vegetarians. No preservatives added.

Ingredients: Pasteurised cow’s milk, cheese cultures, salt, microbial rennet.
