Our Donautaler Butter Cheese is renowned for its delicately creamy texture and subtle buttery note, loved by both young and old.
Its film maturation deliberately prevents the formation of a hard rind. Due to natural maturation, the cheese is lactose-free. At Milchwerke Schwaben, we use only microbial rennet, making our Butter Cheese suitable for vegetarians. No preservatives added.
